Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve found this page, chances are you are walking the beautiful, yet often challenging, journey of loving someone diagnosed with autism. I want you to know: you are not alone.
I have been an autism mom for nearly 20 years, with two of my boys diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. Over time, autism has become one of the greatest blessings in our family’s life.
I didn’t always see it that way. But through the years, I’ve learned lessons that have completely changed my perspective. I also understand that every child on the Autism Spectrum is unique. My experience parenting children diagnosed with High-Functioning, Level 1 ASD has given me a deeper understanding of children with sensory challenges, speech delays, auditory processing difficulties, motor delays, and different learning styles.
These experiences have challenged my husband and me to grow, learn, and seek practical ways to better support not only our own eight children, but other families in our community as well.
My heart is to share what we’ve learned along the way in hopes that it will encourage other families walking this same road — offering both hope and practical tools that can make everyday life a little easier.
